At the gates of eternal autumn, between coppery foliage and magical mushrooms, Edge of the Shire invites you to set down your bags in a green corner where time slows down. Inspired by the soft and warm world of hobbits, this door sign evokes paths lined with oak leaves, the smells of moss and wood fire, and the simple welcome of a cottage buried beneath the hills.
Hand-modeled in chamotte stoneware, it is then glazed with two finishes to choose from:
– A colored enamel, as in the photos: a rich, non-toxic enamel, without lead or cadmium, with natural shades that enhance every detail.
– A transparent enamel, which reveals the raw and warm color of the earth, for a more sober and authentic version.
Measuring 25 cm wide and 17 cm high, it fits perfectly on any facade. It is designed to withstand the elements and weather, whether in rain, frost, or sun.
Two fixing systems are available:
– By screws (holes integrated into the plate)
– Or with exterior tile adhesive, according to your preferences.

Each door number is made to order according to the chosen customizations (numbers, text, finishes, fixing system, etc.). It is therefore a unique creation made especially for you. In accordance with the legislation on personalized products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted, except in the event of a defect noted upon receipt.
Each door number is entirely handcrafted with care and attention to detail. It takes between one and one and a half months to create, depending on production schedules and the required drying time.
